Asia, S.E.Asia, East Asia, Africa, and in Europe and Middle East. Rajen’s experience as a market-facing intrapreneur and entrepreneur help bring practicality to his approach, and makes him a preferred partner for CEOs, Founders and Business professionals.
Rajen’s career history includes being Korn Ferry's S.E.Asia, S.Asia and HK lead for Culture, Change & Communications practice, as well as APAC lead for ESG & Sustainability Solutions. He has been a McKinsey consultant; Founder and Global Head of Dalberg Consulting’s Global Talent & Leadership practice Singapore; Country Director University of Chicago’s Tata Centre for Development and International Innovation Corps, India. He was part of early founding team of Heidrick & Struggles Leadership Consulting APAC. He also founded a boutique consultancy, Leadership By Results.
Rajen’s thought leadership includes being a TEDx speaker (~265,000 views); a published author with an extensive chapter “Leadership By Results” in the Global Handbook of Impact Investing: Smarter Capital Markets to Address Global Problems for Sustainable Society (Wiley, Jan 2021), contributor for several publications BusinessWorld, Huffington Post, India Development Review, and NextBillion; and an award nominated screenwriter including a movie on Netflix; He is also a core team member for design and delivery of Lead Like Gandhi’ for a 9-day immersive Purpose Discovery program. Rajen has delivered guest lectures and / or modules at INSEAD, National University of Singapore, Indian School of Business Hyderabad, and Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai.
Academic Background and Professional Certifications: Rajen earned his MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC) in 2000; Bachelors in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He has completed certificate courses in sustainability from INSEAD Singapore and Rotterdam School of Management, University of Erasmus: Certifications include Hogan, WAVE, Phenemenological-Ontological Leadership Self-Awareness facilitation (Singapore), Positive Intelligence (Shirzad Chamine of Stanford), ICF approved CoachForLife (Peter Reding, Florida), PX2 for Youth by The Pacific Institute, Seattle.
Awards and Interests: Rajen has also been an award-nominated screenwriter with 4 movies, including on Netflix & Amazon Prime, Sir Dorab Tata Merit Scholar, and winner of Wings of Excellence Award at the ISC, University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Scott’s career has focused on key partnerships with executives, global senior teams and organisations to drive sustainable change and impact. In his work with Boards and senior teams, Scott has delivered transformational results through some of the most challenging stakeholder, team and organizational contexts.
In his early career, Scott worked with investment groups to develop and scale retail brands and businesses across Asia. In the past 5 years, Scott supported, amongst others, a global FMCG organisation on a multi-billion dollar acquisition in the United States and led an industrial organization through a global culture transformation, following the demerger from their parent company.
Scott is particularly passionate about the ‘unlock’ that flows from initial mindset through to agile thinking, key behaviours, use of time, critical action, quality of engagement and sustainable impact for senior leaders.
Scott and his team have successfully delivered on multiple CEO succession projects with leading organisations in Asia Pacific. Scott facilitates senior executive teams across a broad range of industries.
Scott has lived in 10 countries and has led the past 30 years in Asia. He leverages his understanding of people and culture to assist individuals and leadership teams in maximisingimpact against an increasingly complex and competitive landscape. Scott’s last full time role with an organization was with Korn Ferry as the MD of Consulting for Malaysia.
Eugene founded his boutique advisory, and partners with Impactivate to help leaders and organizations prepare for renewed success in an uncertain world by linking L&D and structural interventions tightly to strategy.
He is a seasoned business leader and Change consultant with over 25 years of experience starting up, running, working in and advising businesses in Asia. He has held both technical and senior leadership positions, including as the Managing Director of Korn Ferry’s Singapore Advisory business, the largest office in ASEAN by revenue and by staff count.
Eugene’s expert areas include top team alignment, business strategy, performance management, change management, culture transformation, leadership development and executive coaching.
He has led the design and delivery of complex regional assignments for clients such as AIG, Bank of Singapore, Bayer, Bytedance, Citibank, Estée Lauder, Electrolux, Google, J&J, Manulife, Ministry of Manpower, Ngee Ann Kongsi, Partners Group, Singtel, and Tsao Foundation.

Eugene graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Computer Science and received his Executive MBA from INSEAD. He is a certified IHRP-Senior Professional and has a Professional Certified Coach certification recognized by ICF.
Sujata Deshmukh is an accomplished OD consultant with 25+ years of experience. She is the founder of Tutul Consulting, a boutique OD consulting firm with more than 50 happy clients.
Sujata's expertise lies in culture transformation, articulating vision & values, HR transformation, & enhancing top team effectiveness. She has designed bespoke leadership development journeys, assessed & coached leaders at the APAC & Global level.
She has served as an Independent Director on the board of a public limited company for two years & was also part of the National Executive Board of the National HRD Network. She has associated with several academic institutions for lectures & panel discussions and is a speaker/curator at several seminars and a TedX speaker.

Sonali serves as Director of Operations for Impactivate Solutions. She builds upon her experience of having been a bouncing board to many senior leaders during her recruitment career; and in her work with IMS & Career Launcher to prepare MBA aspirants for interviews and careers. She holds an MBA from IMI Delhi (2002), M.Com (2000) and B.Com (1998), Mumbai University.
